Trigger Custom JS after submission

Hi team, Steens Honey (4812) needs to have a short piece code added to their pop ups. They currently have a piece of code that triggers to facebook on the wisepops that they need on the new pop up as well. I found this on their Wisepops account. They mentioned that the FBQ track lead is the one they need. Could I get some assist on how and where to properly paste this line of code to our own pop ups?
