We’ve made several updates to enhance your experience and improve your results:

  1. 📊 Enhanced Metrics:
    Track your performance with two new metrics—SMS Signup Rate 📱 and Email Signup Rate 📧—for both Popups and Embedded Forms. These metrics provide deeper insights into the conversion rates of your signup forms.

  2. 💡 Improved Embedded Forms:

    • 🚪 Skip Step 2: Streamline the signup process by skipping the second step on Embedded Forms.

    • 🔗 “Continue Shopping” Link: Added a new link to help shoppers seamlessly resume their purchase journey after signing up.

Its now much easier to plan for your BFCM sale period by accessing the in-app calendar which have the dates and templates for Broadcasts pre-populated.

TextPros™ will continue to add high converting templates, for specific dates leading upto, and beyond BFCM.

In the future, this calendar will include the following for a 360-view of your marketing calendar:

  1. Broadcasts you have sent and scheduled

  2. Klaviyo Campaigns you have sent and scheduled

  3. Shared calendars, and the ability to directly create a Broadcast from this page on a specific date

We’re excited to announce major updates to our Popups Display Rules, giving you even more control and flexibility to engage your audience & capture more subscribers.

New Features:

  • Customizable Popup Triggers: When should the popup appear first?

    • Trigger popup after a visitor views a specified number of pages.

  • Frequency Controls: When should the popup re-appear?

    • Show popup again after a visitor views a specified number of pages.

  • Audience Segmentation:

    • Show popups based on visitor status (known, unknown, or all visitors).

    • Target popups more effectively for personalized engagement.

Improvements:

  • Display Rules: A cleaner, more intuitive interface to set and manage display rules.

  • Connections Setup: All connections (Welcome Flow, ESP Setup, and manual code for non-Shopify stores are available on the “Connect” step of the wizard.

We have made these changes based on the feedback we received from many Brands, and also in preparation for A/B Testing for Popups.

In Flows (experiences), You can now create Dynamic Discounts tailored to specific Products or Collections within Shopify. Previously, Dynamic Discounts were only applicable to the entire order.

You can setup targeted discount codes for 1 or more products, and/or 1 or more collections.

So, when a subscriber receives the discount code or just clicks on the discount link, the custom discount code will automatically populate during checkout and will only work for the configured products/collections.

Note: This feature is exclusive to Shopify stores.
