Deactivate international numbers on the broadcast view

Klaviyo added this option where you can disable for example sends to canada numbers, I think we should have something like this for United States and International Number, it would avoid problems with customers because of high billing for international messages. It would prevent issues with customers arising from high charges for international messages.
