Broadcasts: Multiple Variants, Test by Time

Hey! Wanted to share this feedback from Timepieces International:

"It would be important to add the facility for more than two split tests and even more importantly – to be able to test by time (i.e. same message to a segment but use the split test option to assign different delivery time"
